Scott Swendiman
Raised in the Shasta Cascade region, Scott Swendiman has enjoyed the great outdoors of this area for the past 50 years. He is a bit of a local historian, is deeply involved with the community, and has been a real estate broken for over four decades. Scott fell in love with the property as soon as he saw it back in 1996. Along with his three daughters, and the help of many friends and other family members over the years, he has turned the property into an inviting family retreat, constructed the barn, hosted weddings, birthdays, and reunions. Scott takes pride in knowing that this beautiful location will live in the memories and photos of every experience that takes place at this cherished Sacramento River House.
